We install more than 1 million square feet of residential roofing each year, plus 2 million square feet of commercial roofing annually -- in addition to service calls. We encourage you to call anyone on our list of references who will confirm that we do our work in an orderly and efficient manner.

How big is Royalty?

We are a medium-sized roofing company. We are large enough to ensure that you get quality service and state-of-the-art equipment, and small enough to ensure that you don't get "lost in the shuffle." We do re-roofing work and repairs on structures ranging from individual home to large commercial projects. We inspect each project on a regular basis to ensure that the job is progressing smoothly.

Do you carry Liability and Workman's Compensation Insurance?

Absolutely. We use local, financially strong Insurance Companies that are relaiable and responsive should the need for their services arise. We have $5 million in umbrella general aggregate coverage and $1 million each occurance. Our policy is 'per occurrence' which protects you into the future rather than a 'claim made' policy. YOU SHOULD ASK FOR A 'CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE' ON BOTH LIABILITY AND WORKMAN'S COMPENSATION INSURANCE BEFORE SELECTING A CONTRACTOR TO PERFORM WORK ON YOUR HOME. YOU SHOULD BE LISTED AS AN 'ADDITIONAL INSURED' ON THE CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE.

What types of roofs and other products do you install?

We install both shingle and standing seam metal roofs on homes. We also install commercial-grade projects on for your flat and low-slope roofs. Additionally, we offer a full compliment of sheet metal work, gutters and gutter guard systems, vinyl siding and vinyl replacement windows to afford you a single source for your home-related projects. Selecting a single contractor affords you the peace of mind that all work will be well-coordinated and performed on a timely basis and that you need to deal with only one reputable contractor.

How do I reach Royalty if I need to speak with someone about my home project?

We are in the office from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday-Friday. We do have a 24-hour answering service for emergency needs. Additionally, you will have our cellphone numbers and email to reach us in a timely manner.

What types of warranties do you provide?

We give a standard 10-year Workmanship warranty against leaks and defects in workmanship.This is coupled with our manufacturers system warranties of 15, 25, 30, 40 years and lifetime. (If the work is done correctly, after the first rain or high wind, you will know your roof is correctly installed). For Flat Roofs, we offer a 15-year manufacturers warrant and our 10-year workmanship warranty. For Shingle Roofs, we offer a 25-year, 30-year and 40-year manufacturers warranty as well as our 10-year workmanship warranty. For Metal Roofs, we offer a 30-year manufacturers warranty along with our 10-year workmanship warranty. For Gutters/Gutter Guards/Windows/Siding we offer a two-year manufacturers warranty.

What types of residential roofs do you install?

Everything from GAF/ELK shingles, Duro-Last single-ply membrane for flat or low slopped roofs, Ryerson Metal (sheet metal), two types of gutter guard systems all for new construction and re-roofing work.

Do you clean up your job site?

Yes. We keep your property tidy on a daily basis, and at the end of the job, we ensure there is no sign of the construction work that has just been completed. If we are tearing off your roof, debris is unavoidable; you should make sure that all property is adequately protected. We cover your shrubs and park the dumpster only on your driveway to keep our equipment off your lawn. We want to leave your property in the same condition as we found it!
