"A roofing company was contracted to replace the roof on my building. Severe weather
was forecasted for the day of removal. Against my statement not to start, about half of
the buildings’ roof was removed.
As promised by the weather forecast, Seymour received a 4-inch torrential downpour.
The building received much damage – ceilings caved in, lathe plaster was destroyed,
plus much of the contents ruined. There was a mold problem in many areas that also
had to be addressed.

“We Used A Storm Chaser”
“Hurricane Ike tore up our parents’ home in Cincinnati. When the insurance company
gave us the name of a roofing company it recommended to make the repairs, we felt
we could trust them. When winter set in, there was a heavy rain and the roof leaked. In
fact, it soaked the insulation in the upper area of the house and freezing temperatures
caused the insulation to freeze.
The weight of the frozen insulation caused the ceiling upstairs to fall in. Now we have to not only have the ceiling and insulation repaired, but
